Multi-Stage Protection

The Solidele IA501 amplifier is equipped with multi-stage damage protections:

  • double short circuit output protection,
  • double overheating protection,
  • overvoltage protection at all inputs and outputs,
  • protection against too high and too low power supply voltage (the amplifier can work in installations that include photovoltaics),
  • precise current overload output protection based on continuous output current measurements by the microprocessor,
  • protection against direct voltage occurrence at the output,
  • active, microprocessor-controlled amplifier clipping protection,
  • advanced protection against damage to speakers based on instantaneous power density distribution measurements.

Sound

Robust scientific knowledge and many years of comprehensive and meticulous research allowed us to create a circuit design for the amplifier that would ensure the most stable and stationary processing system possible. Our priority was to eliminate as much distortion introduced into the played signal as was feasible, especially dynamic distortion. The analog systems of the amplifier were made in a precise and interference-resistant differential configuration. Digital processing processes use fixed-point calculations with a very high resolution of 64 bit and are based on our top quality proprietary algorithms.

Durability

he 30 mm thick monolithic aluminium base on which we built the amplifier ensures excellent vibration damping and reduces the internal temperature of the device. Such a solution allowed us to achieve the maximum reduction of susceptibility to mechanical damage and ageing of electronic elements. The assumed durability of the device is 25 years. The amplifier housing has been made with extreme precision on CNC machine tools. Protective coating made of hard, scratch-resistant oxides, transformer filled with a special damping compound and double power element fixing screws are additional details we made sure to include to provide excellent durability for the Solidele IA901 amplifier.

Expansion Modules

We have made sure that the Solidele IA901 amplifier can be used effectively for many long years. To this end we fitted it with an extension module whose high bandwidth can support the latest audio interfaces, streaming from new network sources or a local music file server. The extension module interface can work with a smart home system with central, digital transmission of high-quality audio signal. The expansion module software can be upgraded using the mobile application.

Rich Configuration Options
and Easy Software Upgrades

The amplifier is configured using a mobile application enabling activation and adjustment of sensitivity of the inputs used, automatic activation of the amplifier after the signal appears on selected inputs, an energy saving option and configuration of pre-amp parameters. The amplifier can be configured to work with any IR remote control. Control is also possible via mobile application or communication interface with smart home systems. Using the mobile application you can also upgrade the amplifier control software and make adjustments or make new features available.
